I have not had a dive since Iceland and thoughts about my annual Plymouth trip have been held back by the continued buzz from the Iceland trip.
I have kept up with the skills as the new cohort of my school scuba club has been doing it's first three open water sessions at Dive Life on Wednesday nights. It's looking as though we will have some excellent new divers in the near future.
My kit is packed and ready and hopefully we will have a great weekend visiting old haunts on the Ceeking such as; Hand Deeps and its multi-coloured array of Jewel Anemones, The Coronation wreck and it's guided tour past fifteen foot anchors and eleven foot canon and, of course my favourite wreck, The James Egan Layne. I don't know what other dives are planned but I can't wait.
Hopefully by about 5pm on Saturday I will be sitting in Queen Anne's Battery outside The Chandler's Bar chatting about diving and sampling the beer and cheesy chips, then onto our traditional Chinese meal.
