CAPERNWRAY

CAPERNWRAY

Managed to get a dive in, a dash to Capernwray for an afternoon dive with Julian and James.
The site had it's usual busy Saturday crowd undertaking various training sessions.
Heading in via the rock reef we headed down to the Cessna and to avoid the poor visibility we headed round by the Murphy and followed the complete circuit of the dive site.
Towards the end of the dive we returned to the plane and then ascended. Although we made an hours dive it was a run of the mill journey and rather disappointing as we failed to see any of the Sturgeon. I also made hard work of the dive by mis-loading my weights, which made it hard going as I was unbalanced.

The second dive was towards the two fairground horses for James to practice some of his GUE skills and then to Thunderbird 4 and back.

It is good to have a dive, the company was great and; although I always enjoy being under the water, it wasn't the best of Capernwray visits.

Working on something different for the next dive.
